Subscription FAQs

  • Can multiple people use one subscription?

    Yes. We do not charge for additional user accounts, so feel free to add employees or collaborators to your account. Users will be able to send and receive unlimited messages to the same list of Contacts on the Account. This is better than sharing a username and password because you will be able to see which user sent each message, and will be able to disable individual users if one leaves your organization. 

  • How many telephone numbers can I get?

    Each subscription includes at least one telephone number, but you can add or import as many as you like for a small additional charge. If you want to add more than a few, our support team will be happy to help you handle them all at once rather than one at a time. These numbers can be new ones that Telvero assigns or existing landline numbers that you authorize us to import.

  • How do I add Contacts?

    A User can add an individual Contact manually or import an existing list. Contacts are also added automatically when an incoming message is received from an unknown sender.

  • Can I change or cancel any time without penalty?

    Yes. There's no term commitment, so you can adjust your subscription or cancel altogether if you like. When upgrading, any payment from your previous subscription will be credited to your new subscription level. When canceling, your subscription will remain active until the end of the prepaid term.

  • What is the most cost-effective plan?

    Telvero pricing is based on the number of contacts you have. Once you choose a plan, consider purchasing a yearly subscription rather than a monthly to save nearly 17%.

  • What's the difference between conversations and broadcasts?

    Conversation messages are sent only to a single contact, and under our Unlimited Messaging plans you may send and receive as many as you wish. 


    Broadcasts are messages sent to multiple contacts at one time (similar to an email distribution list). While broadcasts can be personalized, the same message is sent to all recipients. Broadcast messages are counted by their length and the number of recipients, and are subject to the limits of each subscription plan. 


    For example, a subscription plan with 5,000 monthly broadcast messages could send a short, one-segment message to 1,250 contacts each week. 

    ( 1 message segment  X 1,250 contacts X 4 weeks = 5,000 broadcast messages )

  • Can customers text back after receiving a text from my company?

    Yes. The beauty of Telvero is that it provides a simple platform for organizations and customers to engage in two-way conversations. In a broadcast message, customer replies only go back to the sender, not the other customer contacts on the group text.

  • Does Telvero work on any device?

    Yes. With Telvero, you and your users can text with customers from a computer, smartphone, laptop or tablet.

  • What if an employee leaves the company? Will they still be able to text our customers?

    No. As an administrator, you will be able to add or remove users in real-time. Once a person is removed as a user, they will no longer have access to Telvero.

  • Can I see the texts between users and customers?

    Yes. Telvero archives every conversation between your users and customers. This not only gives you peace of mind, but it also helps your organization provide better customer service when employees can see the conversation history.

  • What are some examples of ways my organization can utilize texting with customers?

    Texting is an effective way of reaching customers with messaging they are most likely to read and respond to. Telvero customers use texting to send broadcast messages about upcoming events, promotions, notifications, and general organization information. 


    Conversation messages are beneficial when a user needs to have a more personal conversation with a specific customer, such as notifying them of an upcoming service call or when a service rep is on the way or delayed. A service rep can use Telvero to keep a customer updated on service progress, sending pictures of their work. 


    Your organization can also use Telvero to remind a customer of an appointment/reservation, the need to schedule an appointment or that an order is ready for pickup.
